"My Mom was there for about 3 months before she passed away. They met her basic needs, sometimes. I went for a visit from another state and another room was tied off with a bag so the patient couldn’t get out. My Mom was taken care of by a few exceptional people but for the most part everyone that worked there was angry and lacked empathy. When my family came to pick up her things after she passed they were met with no sympathy, no caring, and the staff seemed to be bothered by them being there. Be cautious."

"Definitely do NOT recommend. The managers are not able to manage as we can do no right by the Regional Director. Everything we say or do is corrected, micromanaged, or responded with immature sarcasm. Managers are not appreciated nor treated professionally by Regional Director and nursing management. There is no staff and we are criticized for everything we do. The owner allows this behavior and doesn't address concerns."
