"There’s this lady who works there named Denise Devine. I wouldn’t recommend because recently as of today she’s online being the racist she is. Now one mite say I’m not of color so what does that have to do with me? Cause if she’s foolish enough to go online and say the things she says she’s foolish enough to not do right by anybody based off of any preference of hers or any type of bias or prejudice etc."

"They must be very short staffed. Every time we call, we sit on hold music for a long time, then finally a recording says to leave a message."

"My CPAP machine and supplies were shipped without a user manual. When I finally convinced the employees (after 3 phone calls) that I didn't have it - they sent it snail mail instead of priority or FedEx. I went 11 days without a user manual. When one part turned out to be defective, I had to drive 1.5 hours round trip to get a new part. They would not exchange through the mail. Getting information on billing is like pulling teeth."

"Stay away find a different company. Been trying to call all day and just get voice-mail. Someone will call you back within 24 hours. Unacceptable."

"Just go elsewhere !! You'll save yourself a lot of irritation. My CPAP machine died and they wanted $400 NONREFUNDABLE to just send it in. When I pointed out that it was under warrantee they still wanted $100. I went down the road to a competitor (who didn't even sell me the machine) and they happily sent it in to be fixed. You'll get the run around here. I would give the zero stars if it was an option."
