"Very busy and clearly understaffed but still working hard. In and out in roughly 45 mins."
"This is place is awful. I understand that they are short staffed, but that’s not my fault or my problem. The little woman at the reception desk is as rude as anyone I’ve ever been around in my life. The last time I was here I sat for over 2 hours just to pee in a cup. Which is bad enough, but when I explained to her about a disability I have since having cancer surgery a few years ago she became very belligerent and rude. Today when I reminded her of my disability she acted like I was lying to her. She told me if I pissed my pants while waiting I’d be cleaning it up myself. I’m pretty sure if that happens I’ll be contacting legal counsel."
"I had a work injury that caused me to be in a boot but signed off to go back to work. My surgeon said other wise. They barely did my examination every week I had to go in. And taking a drug test for a job shouldnt be over an hour in the waiting room well they all stand around chatting it up."
"The waiting time! Was outrageous, 3 hours I waited to be seen and the doctor he can go to hell. He never knocked never stated his name just started talking some bull."
"The poorly photocopied forms had tiny print with small line spaces. Way too much crammed into every page making it hard to read and fill out. The waiting room was small, tightly packed chairs, and full. Appt was at 1:30pm, still waiting for the Dr. to come in at 3pm."
