"Dr. Nicole Lunday is a very caring compassionate Professional. She makes you feel like you are seeing your own family doctor. The support staff was courteous and helpful. Doctor Eovaldi ZERO STARS Make sure you go to your own Doctor for a 2nd opinion and to get the health care and treatment you deserve if you see Dr. Ben Eovaldi. He will send you back to work as long as you have a pulse. He does not have your best interests in mind. I realize there can be gray areas but look for him to show compassion to the company, not you, if you are injured at work."
"Completely incompetent. I was handed 2 white forms on a clipboard. Filled out completely even checked the back to make sure I didn't miss anything and handed it back. After 15 minutes this woman calls me up to tell me I missed some forms. As soon as I saw the orange forms I knew she was lying and forgot to give them to me. I gave her a chance to correct herself but she was adamant that she handed me these forms and I was an idiot. I was originally handed 2 white forms and the second time it was 2 orange forms and one white form. This white form I had already completed once and handed in. Treated poorly. They should be ashamed. Just admit a mistake and I wont get mad. But don’t accuse people because you’re too embarrassed to be wrong."
"SLOWEST place I have ever been. STAFF purposefully makes people longer then necessary. The practice, policies and procedures are the worst of any med station, I've ever been too. Would highly recommend finding a different med center!!"
"The management there is unbelievable. They fire their good workers that actually do their jobs because the office manager doesn't like you. They targeted me for 2 weeks on petty stuff that everyone else was doing also yet I'm the only person who got written up and talked to. And because I didnt quit they let me go using the excuse of being unprofessional yet had no proof of anything!! They let ppl who don't do their job do whatever they want and yet nothing gets done about it. I have witnessed them firing ppl left and right with no good reason!"
