"I have lived here for 3 years now and for the past 2years I've had roaches because they allow people to live dirty out here... there is a FULL BLOWN roach infestation in almost every building. Some also have bed bugs, they allow people that are not on the lease to stay here with people! I have been threatened by other tenants out here and not once has anything ever been done! This is the WORST place i have ever lived, its a horrible place to try to raise a family or kids! A company in Chicago owns the property and they could careless about our health and safety!"

"Government housing with security cameras in and around the location. Has apartments for handicap and 1-3 bedroom and 2 floor apartments. Park in front of your own door and visitors have free parking available. Rent is based on total monthly income before taxes. They do operate with a 24/7 emergency maintenance service. Has had a reputation through the years concerning safety issues. They do inspections but I'm not sure how often."
