"Wasn't very happy at all with this place. The elevator was broken so we had to use the stairs, the phone didn't even have buttons in the room to call anywhere, the only ice machine is on the 1st floor, our coffee maker was missing pieces and flooded everything when we tried to use it, and the TV was outdated all the channels where fuzzy. I have to be honest I did check the beds for bed bugs didn't see any but the mattresses are gross, had crumbs and hair all over it. I was a lil scared I may have over looked something and prayed I didn't get any bites throughout the night. I wouldn't stay here again even tho the location was really good. The hotel was kinda a dump."

"The room was terribly dirty with a smell of mold which is certainly harmful to health. I had never seen floors so messy. Melamine furniture is advanced decomposed probably caused by ambient humidity. I would refuse to spend another night there even if they would pay me $1000."

"I honestly think a mattress found on the roadside will have less stains than the ones at this place. Doesn't help that every other square inch is also stained and dirty. The towels are threadbare and full of holes too. Just really a poor showing all around. The sheets are white, bleach them. The towels are used up, spend some money on new ones. Please vacuum or sweep the floors. Try and care."

"Great place really nice staff. People saying it’s dirty are picky. It’s very clean. Just maybe some bad drywall patches in the hallways that’s really it. Floors are spotless. I can walk around barefoot and not have to brush my feet off before getting in bed lol. For the price you know you’re getting the basics and the basics here are consistent for each one I’ve been to. It’s free to be a red roof plus member which saves like 15% on the price. plus you build points and I travel a lot so you get free stuff. They accept pets for free too so nobody really beats them for what I need. This specific location was great. I was walking my dog down the street and she was attacked by a pit bull that some guy had (this wasn’t at the hotel) but I was able to wrestle him off eventually and thankfully my dog was unharmed. My hand was chewed up descent though and this place was the first place I ran once I got her away. As soon as I came in staff members jumped up and grabbed rags , bandaids, and water for my dog. One of them had experience as a vet tech and helped check my dog out for me while I cleaned myself up. Just good people. While my dog was being attacked several other people nearby just stood there and watched as I screamed for help. She’s lucky to be alive and okay. I’m very thankful to the ladies that helped me out when I came in the door."
