"More than several machines are always broken at this location. Need better management."

"Customer Service is on and off at this location. Sometimes you go in and they greet you and they treat you as they should and sometimes you go in and they don’t say a word to you. There is a high turnover at this location as well so you always see new faces but I think the owners are not doing a good job at training their people. You could be doing so much better. Do better."

"There is a person who works here, a tall black man with long hair. He is a very bad and disrespectful person. He behaves with customers in a very bad way. He always sits outside the store with a white girl. They drink drugs and smell very bad. Customers wait a long time until he finishes talking to the girl. This person should be fired. very very bad"

"The Afirican guy that works there in there early morning is extremely rude. I just left there to get a coffee before work and was cussed out by him because I had to get change out of my pocket and was taking too long, yet he is running back and forth from the back of the store while he has 8 people in line at 5am. I have witnessed this with several other customers, he couldn't be more rude and I will never go back there again in the morning while he is working. I go to that 7 11 several times a day and every employee is very friendly and nice other than that one man. I am a loyal 7 11 customer but refuse go to back to this store as long as the same man is working the early morning shift."

"The person working at the store on 4/13/19 @ 7:34 am. He was extremely rude and discourteous. He got upset because I put my things on the counter and went to get more. When I returned he started to chastise me. At which time I told him to let me get my things and go. He refused to serve me. When i asked for his store number and name he ignore me so I left and researched the info. He appeared to be calling the police on me so I waited outside. I will never go to this store again. Several customers said he is that way with everyone. Rude."
