"I'm a tad bit dissappointed in them as my son was stranded in Catonsville with no cell phone service in the freezing cold. By the grace of God, an officer called me at 2 in the morning to ask me to come get him but its a shame folx will let some one freeze to death before helping them in a time of dire need. Be better humans."

"I've been using this store for 1 year. The staff is friendly but the store isn't as clean as it used to be. The coffee bar is very messy. There seems to be a group of homeless people that congregate in front opening the door for customers. Also the front of the store could use a good cleaning. Today is the first time I decided to go to another 7-11."

"I was given moldy bread I called and let them know about the bread was B was moldy I asked him can I come back the next day and pick up a new little bite he said the hotdog is fine I’ll give you a new bread and then hung up the phone on me tried to call back he heard it was me on the phone again and hung back up"
