"I recently visited this Royal Farms located in Baltimore. My overall experience was extremely positive. The customer service was exceptional; the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist. The store's ambiance was inviting, creating a pleasant shopping environment. I was particularly impressed by the high quality of the products. The store's cleanliness and organization also contributed to a positive experience. Btw, the chicken was amazing!!!"

"Stopped here for gas and food because the one down the street was just too busy. The young lady at the register, Kennedy, was so sweet, she saved me from attempting to use cash on the credit only self check out because she saw the cash in my hand and I clearly didn't read the posted signage. The woman that made my food, Kim, was very nice and had tbe biggest smile on her face. Usually workers in these places are just there but these ladies were in customer service mode, very attentive and kind and I appreciate that."
