"I went to CVS pharmacy for vaccines. That went fine. But then I tried to pick up a few items and use my CVS care discount. I opted to round upward in payment to donate to charity. Because of that seven dollars of my discount was not applied. When I spoke to the staff, they said “oh yeah, that happens all the time when you round up to charity.” They were surprised I got any discount at all. I asked if there was a way to get my discount back and they said no. I suggested they put up a sign if you donate to charity you lose your discount… nope. Since CVS set up a system that cost your discounts when you donate to charity and they don’t care when caught at it… it is just a rip off."

"Customer service is severely lacking. It is difficult to get a straight answer from anyone. I've been getting the runaround about a prescription for THREE MONTHS. The young lady I spoke with today was unhelpful and she had an unprofessional tone."

"The only reason I am giving one star is because that’s the only way to leave a review. The customer service skills of the pharmacy employees at this location are unsatisfactory. I really don’t think the employees care whether or not customers are treated with respect. I have too many stories to type here, but today the lack of concern by the pharmacy, inability to answer my questions, and hanging up the phone without so much as a “goodbye” is unacceptable. I will be switching pharmacies. Management needs to take note."

"My son has several disabilities and life threatening conditions. We have transferred from one bad pharmacy to another trying to find one that will ensure that we can pick our medication up on time every month. CVS is by far the worst. Every month I call ahead of time to ensure it is going to be available. When I express my disappointment and frustration the tech said that I can always go someplace else. That is what I'm going to do. This is the worst pharmacy the area has to offer. I would give zero stars if I could. These people do not are about their customers."

"I love this CVS compared to others I have been. Quick filling prescription orders, the staff is very helpful. One time experienced a bit rude pharmacy technician but looks like she was maybe having a bad day that day as another time, same technician and was great. Overall great experience!!!"
