"The diesel automatic shut-off didn’t work, so there was diesel all over my hand, car, and the ground. I told the manager because it was a safety issue and instead he just kept claiming I did something wrong and then expected me to put my credit card in again so he could show me. I didn’t want anything to be done except correcting a big safety issue and the manager, Gour, escalated this. Instead of me just bringing it to their attention, they’ll be visited by the fire Marshall, dept of weights and measures, and dept environmental protection. Very poor management, where he could have acknowledged my concern, but instead blamed me for their equipment’s failure to operate properly."

"I would have given it zero star if there was an option. I picked up two cups when I was getting my slurpee (to split up the small cup between my two little kids). The woman at the register rudely said “You have two cups. Why do you have two cups?? We charge for the cups” I said “I need two cups and I don’t have any problem paying for it if I need to pay.” She gave me a dirty look and charged me 50 cents. HAHA. I am more than willing to pay for a cup if I need to but I do not need to be scolded for what I need. Extremely rude, unpleasant and unprofessional. You collected 50 cents and lost a customer forever."

"I went to this location to buy a sausage sandwich and I didn’t under that I had to serve it myself. That’s when the employee at this location rudely told me that I do it myself which I was okay with it and proceeded to tell me the breads in the bottom with a very bad attitude after his coworker mention that to me. The second comment was you do it yourself angrily."

"I paid cash to get gas and when i went to pump the gas i realized i had to pull up a little bit to reach the pump. When i went to pump again it said pay i know i already payed i went inside exsplained tobthe manager what happened he swore up and down i didnt pay him even tge customers saw me come in and pay . I got furious told him i dont need to lie about putting gas in my car. The manager was a total jerk. He was sarcastic he really gave me a hard time i wasnt going to pay again. He lied and said ill put it back on just Go back to your car very rudely. I had to remain calm . I left and he didnt reset the pump i just left ill just call cooperate instead"
