"I just wanted to give praise to Josephine. She was so nice and helpful. She showed me how to clip coupons on the app to help me get the best deal for the items I was purchasing and explained it all to me."
"The old man named STEVE is incredibly rude and lacking any human decency, let alone customer service. Numerous occasions he has been terrible towards me. I’m a regular at this CVS due to its close proximity of my house but also because my medications all go there. I’m in there at least once a week and I always dread it because I don’t know if he will be there. He has followed me around accusing me of stealing (I wasn’t and even told him to just call the cops if he truly believed I was lol). He has been rude when I’ve asked to use the restroom (it’s locked), like sorry I had to pee? The worst experience however was when I made a same day photo order. It had been hours when I got notification it was ready. I got the text when I started my drive home from work and my commute is 54 minutes usually. I get there and I walk up and nicely say I’m picking up a photo order. He immediately had an attitude. I notice he is actually working on mine and said “actually that’s mine, I’ll wait”. This man lost it on me. Completely just lost it, screaming how I have to wait and it’s not ready. I calmly said I got the notification it was ready but no problem, I’ll wait and look around. He made rude remarks back. A customer literally gasped and told him to calm down and that his behavior was not warranted. He didn’t care. I walked away and spent 20 minutes looking at things. I waited by the photo items and he ignored me for so longer that the old woman who often works his same shift asked me what I was waiting for. I told her and she went to check on it. HUGE MISTAKE. Steve started screaming at me and I don’t remember what all was said but he was incredibly rude and left me in tears. This time another customer spoke up and he berated her. She gave me a hug and told me I didn’t deserve how I was being spoken to. Eventually I got my items I paid for but it was such a bad experience that I refuse to go to that CVS alone now. This man should be fired. I don’t say that lightly. The experiences I’ve had with him and how I’ve seen him treat others is terrible."
"I went in today to ask about how to get a shingles vaccine. The lady taking orders was extremely rude - she took a while to greet me and seemed annoyed that I didn’t have an appointment. When I asked if there were appointments available, she said “later, maybe” and nothing else. I stood there waiting for a more responsive/helpful answer, but when I realized I wasn’t going to get help - I left. I understand that pharmacies are busy, and as long as that is somehow communicated in a respectful way, I do not mind at all. However, the customer service from this older lady was the worst."
"This CVS needs a new makeover. Cosmetically it's a train wreck. It's complete chaos in this store. Malfunctioning kiosks while one person upfront is trying to handle everything. I don't feel safe in this store either. Just nasty."
"I generally love this CVS, but I have already picked up medications several times these months, and I was served by a new cashier. That if looks could kill, I would be dead. She asks me to spell her last name, she hadn't even finished, she interrupted me, I didn't want to take importance, but her arrogance and look said it all. It really degrades people like that. I think she's new, I've never seen her... and I'm telling you, I've been buying my medicines here for 12 years. Please train her staff to be patient, especially if they are new, I think I heard they called her Briana. For the rest, the staff is really amazing as always, clean and organized, if it weren't for this grumpy lady, I wouldn't have the need to change the pharmacy. I'm sorry."
