"The CVS Lyon Village has been my go to pharmacy for the last 15 or so years. Their pharmacy team is really world class and they work hard to help people get their medications on time and understand them. A special recognition goes to Christian, who is one of the most compassionate and knowledgable pharmacists in the area. Christian has a very incisive understanding of how medications work, their interactions with other medications and food, and he has a helpful, compassionate approach. I highly recommend this CVS Pharmacy at Lyon Village. Great team."

"This is the worst CVS I've ever been to. They gave my prescription to someone else then tried to beat around the bush. I had to contact my insurance to get my freaking birth control that they messed up. They are very unprofessional and very unorganized. I've been dealing with their mistakes for past two month. I will never go back to this CVS or honestly I will be getting a new pharmacy all together. This is ridiculous."

"If you’re black, be mindful that all the clerks here think you’re going to steal. Today the Hispanic clerk mentioned loudly that “she knows we’re stealing”. Mind you the person I was with was already checking out. Also, pharmacy is very slow. they will say your prescription is filled then when it’s time to pick it up, you still have to wait 45 mins-1hr. Only perk is 24hr pharmacy I guess."

"I've had mixed experiences with clerks at this store, but for the most part they've been helpful and competent. I feel for them at times as I've seen them have to handle difficult customers and situations. This review is limited to the pharmacy and clinic. Today for the 3rd time in a year I've taken the time to schedule a vaccine appt online, get the text messages, etc., and timely show up. (I was told on two prior occasions they are "improving" their process.) They have not improved: Again I had to enter info. into their in-store computer, which takes forever, which never seems to recognize me which leaves me having wasted another 5 minutes. Then I get to stand in line at the pharmacy to try and straighten it all out. (The "Vaccine Appt" window is closed, of course.). I waited 5 minutes, and the 3 people in line ahead of me hadn't moved up, so once again, I left sans vaccine. From now on I will go to the CVS in Clarendon, which I tried for my last vaccine and which was a seamless and quick process. In a year, the CVS at 3133 Langston Blvd. has shown zero improvement."

"♿️abundant seating near the pharmacy. (At least 5 chairs). I did not see seating near the front of the store nor outside the store. Wide aisles. The pharmacy is a bit far back- about two aisles. The disability parking is close by. I did not see any fragrances in the shopping center. The bathroom is fragranced but clean. Parking is free. No wheelchair shopping carts. The staff are kind and helpful."
