"I just was at the Potee St, Brooklyn, MD location about an hour ago. And bought a candy bar and some other things. The candy bar had been eaten by a rodent I didn't realize it until I got home, The store has a foul smell, the coffee section is always so disgusting and There's dead mice around the building outside and hypodermic needles... I was a manager of a gas station. I know that this cannot be passinginspections... This place needs to be shut down. And I am calling the health department and any other place else that I need to so they can take further action!!!! And I didn't even wanna put one star it doesn't deserve a star at all..."
"This location needs improvement. There were a few young guys standing around outside and inside. That's discouraging for customers. The refrigerator section & coffee counter were messy. The cashier was the worst part of this location. She was on the phone the entire time I was in the store, gossiping loudly, cursing so the whole store could hear her. I asked her a question and she didn't get off the phone to answer me. She was ringing up a gas customer and didn't get off the phone then either. That is disrespectful to the customers and unprofessional for her job. This is not a location that I, my grandkids, and my friends frequent because of these issues. I hope something is done to resolve these issues."
"Very terrible place. I cannot count how many times this place has intimated me with all its unsanitary, unprofessional, and disrespectful customer service. I went up there one day to grab a family-sized fries. And instead the worker gave me a smaller sized box, not knowing until after I had got home... Another time me and my dad went up there to grab a bite to eat. The people inside the store drove us away saying racial stuff, not just that but the manager/cook/cashier whoever that was told us they weren't going to make food, that they aren't making food today... not just that I'm not done yet. You guys also charge 2.87$ for a bottle of brisk tea.. which is a dollar at the store literally 50 feet away from your store. If you care about your money and business... please fox this place I know its not your fault but its your responsibility to care and ensure each location is well maintained."
