"I so tired for going in this location for cringe worthy bad service.. JUST RUDE SKINNY BLACK GIRL FIRST NAME STARTS WITH M. I TELL THE MANAGEMENT LADY WITH DREADS SARCASTICALLY YELLS DONT LET IT RIUN YOUR DAY. I WON'T RUDE. UNPROFESSIONAL $15_17$ hour BIG MAD"
"The staff are a real standout at this location. I probably wouldn’t continue to go because they seem to often be out of a lot of stuff :( they have a lot of items locked up too, but staff is responsive and friendly!"
"I just wanted to commend and thank the wonderful African American sales assistant who served me on Friday evening (September 29th) around 10:30pm. I was very sick and weary, and just needed my Nyquil to knock me out. Somehow this guy just made my day with how friendly and polite he was. He even noticed that it was almost my birthday when he looked at my id. I was totally surprised, especially at a CVS store. Thank you!"
"It's UNFORTUNATE and A SHAME that some people, who work in the CUSTOMER SERVICE industry, are frustrated and DEGUSTED with performing the job duties and TASKS that come along with their ASSIGNED position. They have the AUDACITY to intentionally be RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL to the people (THE PAYING CUSTOMER),who assist in making it possible for them (THE EMPLOYEES) to get paid. Years ago, when I had to DO WHAT I HAD TO DO and work a job that DID NOT agree with my mental makeup, or PAY ME what I wanted, I worked hard to refrain from being rude and nasty to the CUSTOMERS, WHO IN FACT did not pressure me to apply to work a job that makes me miserable and cranky. The pharmacy staff need to RE-EVALUATE the reason they completed a employment application and seek customer service training IMMEDIATELY!!! They need to understand that ALL customers, who make a decision to patronize their business, have different awareness levels, and may need additional assistance with locating some items on the sales floor. They need to refrain from disrespectfully speaking to customers, who seek their help. It was important for me to make sure that I was not being unrealistic about my outlook of my experience or to much in my feelings about the situation. It appears that A LOT of other customers had SIMILAR experiences. This store locations current Google rating of 2.9 speaks numbers. I would like to commend, compliment and acknowledge the good service provided to customers by Ms. Brenda at the register. She has noticeable pretty platinum hair. Lastly, The CVS corporation need to figure out WHY they have $$$ a d revenue to pay for armed security guards to be present in the store to not mitigate theft, but eat snacks and play around with staff. That money could be going towards hard working employees."
"The staff were very friendly in the store and greeted us upon entering and wished us to have a good day when we left. I did not use the pharmacy just bought hygiene products and grocery items."
