"I've been going to this CVS for years, and the employees are always helpful and kind, as are the pharmacists. However, in the last few weeks, locks have been added to almost everything in the store, making it completely impossible to shop here, unless you want to make an employee follow you around to unlock everything for you (including the drink coolers). They clearly don't staff enough people, meaning every time you want to buy a bottle of water you're pulling someone away from stocking shelves, etc, not to mention the cabinets all have different keys, and the employees don't usually have all the keys on them. It took me over 15 minutes to buy two items. The employees have been lovely about it, but it seems like it's making life much more difficult for them, and for the customers. With the Safeway nearby, Target not far away, and online ordering from Amazon so fast, I have no reason to shop here anymore, and won't be going back. Truly an unpleasant shopping experience."
"My medications were sent to this store as a UPS access point. Raced to get there after woken and got there at 9:50, ten minutes before close, but they were locked and boarded up. Super disappointing customer service."
"I live and work near here and probably have stopped at this store to get a quick snack or drink almost a dozen times per week. The anti-shoplifting measures have gone completely too far. I'm not going to wait for a store associate to unlock a $1.50 Pepsi from the fridge all the way in back of the store or a 1$ bag of gummy worms. Sorry to say this because there are some great people working here, but that's it for me. If the Safeway and smaller convenience stories a few blocks a way don't need to lock every single item, then something isn't adding up here."
"They’ve forgotten my phone call on hold twice in a row. How does that happen? When I walked in the store still on hold after 30m, someone is sitting at the phone answering other calls."
"This pharmacy is truly disappointing. They are super unprofessional. I received an alert about my medicine so I called them and I was placed on hold. I waited on hold and no one ever came back to the phone call. I called again and got the same result, the tech answered said please hold and left me there. So I decided to go in to the store after work. When I get there the tech was still placing people on hold and not returning to the call. I waited for a consultation and when I finally got to speak with the pharmacist, I explained to him that I got an alert on my app saying my meds would not be ready till Thursday but I had an option to send the prescription to another location. He then told me that I did not have that option and I had no choice but to wait or ask my doctor to write another prescription changing the dose. The quality of customer service is zero. They need training immediately. I advise you NOT to use this pharmacy."
