"The Walgreens in Forestville is super GHETTO. How are you not open on time on Sunday at 10am? There are Walgreens that are open 24/7 in this country and you can’t even make 10am? Give me a break."

"Tonight i decided that I've had enough! Everyone at the pharmacy! Starting with the manager down to the clerks! Absolutely repulsive! They make be ashamed to call this my neighborhood! I will have all my prescription sent to a pharmacy 45 min from my house because both walgreens ( Forestville and district heights) seem to foster and promote this herendous customer service! They don't care about us! We are just a dollar! Read the reviews, why is it the same year after year? If this wasn't a culture that walgreens promoted then why is it still happening? If this has been your experience let's take our money where it matters !"

"Please change you hours of operations online so people dont come up there 2 hours early on a sunday just so yall can say we dont open til 10. When it clearly says walgreens store opens at 8 and the pharmacy opens at 10"

"I visited this Walgreens Pharmacy for the first time a few weeks ago to fill a prescription for my elder mom. This was a new medicine so it was fairly hard getting it filled to began with. Adeparo was the representative who greeted me. The moment she seen the prescription I had she turned me away. I asked for clarity and she continuously walked away from me saying it would not work. I continued to attempt to gain her attention and she brushed me off and began helping another customer. I left the store for a moment and returned to her available again and attempted to speak with her again. She refused to give me a reason why she would not be able to help me. Her coworker stepped in and was able to give me clarity on the next steps which I had gotten it figured out the next day and was able to get my prescription from a different associate. Adeparo is disrespectful, rude, incompetent and her behavior was disgusting. I have worked in customer service before and had never even witnessed firsthand such behavior coming from an employee unwarranted. The other representatives that helped were great and patient but Adeparo put a super bad taste in my mouth."

"This is ridiculous here at this pharmacy with their customer service. I been here in the drive through since 6pm and it’s currently 6:40 without my medications. I don’t know if their corporate sees their speed of service but this is horrible. They need workers who knows customer service and service of the medications in an orderly fashion. Smh really considering mail order for my meds."
