"Witnessed a handicapped man with one arm and a noticeable limp bagging their items at a register marked with a handicapped ♿️ sign. The female cashier did not even assist him. Everyone could clearly see that he was struggling to bag his items. I talked to him outside. The cashier had time to talk with fellow co-workers and tell the handicapped veteran," you can start bagging your stuff. This is Shopper's policy not to assist in bagging handicap patrons groceries."

"I tried to give this establishment a second chance but once again this grocery store is selling bad meat.. Maybe the staff and the store manager don’t know the meaning of integrity which is so sad because why would you sale bad meat to people. I work hard to feed my family and maybe these workers doesn’t know what it feels like to come to the store and buy something and it’s not any good SMH so disappointed and very much upset. I will be reporting to the health department."

"Attempted to make a purchase, items didn't scan at the sale price. I told her that it was on sale she told me no they wasn't and she walked me down the aisle to prove that I was wrong when in fact I was right. It was also discovered that they had sale prices on items as far back as February! Instead of the manager having someone pull the incorrect sale prices she told the cashier she didn't care, she'll just override it if it rings up incorrectly. This isn't the only horrible experience I had at this Shoppers location. I never shop at Shoppers but since I was at Target and it was across the street I thought I'd give it a try. After today I now remember why I won't stop at Shoppers."

"We have complained about the filth at this store for years. This same dirty corner has been dirty for years. It’s disgusting. How hard is it to scrub this corner of the bread aisle? Given that many folks shop this store and there are a ton of employees just walking around it seems strange that not a single manager thought to clean this up. Do better!! It’s March 2023 and the store has undergone a renovation yet the bread section shelving is still filthy. The second photo taken March 29, 2023. Cleaner but still dirty."

"Overall this is a nice Shoppers if you are trying to pick up a few things. They have good prices and there produce isn't that good. The cashiers and staff are polite and helpful. However, there bathrooms are not clean and have a bad smell."
