"Line two long 15 min. But they were busy making money. Why wait until your customers get heated before you open another register? The manager could have said something. If I wanted to wait in line I would go to the nearest one in the Rivertown shopping center. I will thank you."

"Lots of deals as Burlington usually has, but this is by far the most messy untidied Burlington store I've been in, and I've been in a lot of them across many states. The floor is dirty, shelves are a mess, and you get a feeling that the place was recently robbed or something because it's so messy. I went to a Ross next door which was in much better shape, which says a lot. I'll give this place two stars. One star for the mess but one additional star because I think it's caused by the store being understaffed."

"I can’t believe they allow this Burlington branch to operate in this type of condition. Don’t waste your money or your time! Our community should boycott places that don’t make an effort to offer a quality experience. We deserve better, so do the employees that work . "Let me say that I love shopping at Burlington stores. I visited Burlington in Forestville, Maryland, to find something that I could not find in Burlington's Clinton, Maryland store. Man... I could not believe that this Burlington was/is allowed to be operating under these trashed out and filthy conditions. There was debris, trash, some empty shelves, merchandise strewn in aisles, dirty stained up carpets, and slow registers!!! I know that this may be hard to believe, so I took a rack of photos of everything described in my review, which can be produced as proof. So far, this is the worst shopping experience I've encountered. Too bad I didn't have the option to rate a zero. It is what it is folks."

"After thanksgiving shopping: - Unorganized shoes stands… I could find my size shoes after looking around for about 25min. There was no size sign and it was not a pleasant shoe shopping experience. - Long line at check out… I know it was after the holidays but that line was long!!! One of my least favorite shopping experiences at a Burlington Store."
