"This store and the service is amazing. I originally went to REI to get into skiing, so I bought everything there after taking their advice and suggestions. But the skis REI suggested were WAY too long and should’ve never been recommended to a beginner, they were taller than me. They also recommended brakes that didn’t even fit my skis, and then charged me an additional $50 for different brakes and wouldn’t return the ones they suggested. After dealing with all of that, I went to D&Q for the first time and I will continue to go there now. Kenny and Erin were amazing. Kenny took the time to go through all the different skis that would work for me, and was very nice. Erin was nice enough to remove the bindings on the skis I was returning to REI and put them on my new ones I bought with them right on the spot so I didn’t have to come back. On top of Kenny and Erin, everyone was very nice and helpful. Thank you guys so much!! Amazing customer service."

If you’re new to skiing/snowboarding and feel weird going in and asking questions, just go in an ask away! Everyone there is so welcoming and extremely helpful!"

The rental gear is a no-brainer for the kids as they learn and grow in the sport. The boot fitting service really good too.
