"Slowest service ever. There's always a wait for someone to help you out and simple prescriptions take days to get filled."

"The pharmacy staff are very rude, disorganized, and unprofessional, but that's not why I'm writing this review. They gave me expired medication. They actually refused to exchange it for non-expired prescription. That's how terrible those people are. While I was sick, I had to go to another pharmacy and refill the prescription to get a non-expired prescription."

"Every time my doctor sends a prescription they say the medication is "Not In Stock". They never call to tell you this so you have to go the the pharmacy and ask if another Walgreens has the medication. When they find another pharmacy that has the medication, you have to drive to the other pharmacy. Looks like they should have your medication sent to pharmacy in Goose Creek Village. Bad customer service and they could care less about you as a paying customer."

"Not happy with this stores pharmacy. After getting the approval from my insurance to fill my prescription. They still haven’t filled my prescription I really need. I have gotten this prescription filled here before. My doctor only changed it from once a day to twice a day. My insurance approved the change. The pharmacy keep saying it is delayed and they need more information from either me or my provider. I can not miss any days of this medication and the way this is going, looks like I will be. Adding a new review about this pharmacy. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I thought I would give them another try. I had a prescription filled and wasn't told they only partially filled it because they didn't have all the pills. I figured someone would of called me to let me know the rest were ready for me to pick up. I had to call them. They ended up charging me twice for the same prescription. I called them 3 times to fix it. All they wanted to do is place the blame on my insurance company. My insurance company is not the problem. We they said it was their fault, they said it was too late to reverse it and give me my money back but would send me a store credit. Like that fixes the aggravation I went through. I have changed pharmacies. I will not be going back to this location."
