"Well below average outpost of local convenience store/gas station/fried chicken chain. Often smells of stale cooking oil. Items in warmer can be considerably past expiration times - be cautious. Gas prices are reasonable. Pumps can be slow. Air hose is often out of service. In general, decent for gas, but there are much better options for food, including at least three much better RoFos in a 5 to 10 minute driving radius."
"Horrible experience. Very rude!! If a certain cashier doesn’t know what to say, they instantly become condescending. Instantly make it look like someone is arguing when you are asking for a receipt ( which he never provided)! Pump 1 was gushing gas all over my car without me doing anything , just attempting to put the pump in my car. Gas got all over me and my car! Came in to notify the cashier and to move my pump! But the man made it war!! No empathy, no care! Nothing!! No customer service! Lastly, Inside smells like burnt grease!"
"I’m going to report this store! First, they are serving people bad cold chicken and telling them that it is freshly cooked. I’ve been there at least five or six times in the last year and they told me the chicken was recently cooked only for me to get home and discover it’s hard like it’s been sitting out for hours. To make matters worse, even when you call them back, even if it’s immediately, they give you the worst time about it. Ridiculous! Worse, if you can convince them to re-cook it for you, which 99% of the time they won’t even do that, and you go back to try to pick it up they give you an even worse hard time. They were supposed to re-cook my food, and when I got back there to pick it up, they refused to do it. They need to find people who wanna work. Because the people who do the cooking back, there are lazy! They could care less about the customer and I’m gonna make sure the Corporate Office knows that. The next thing I am going to tell the Corporate Office is that they refuse to pick up the phone. On just a normal day they don’t answer the phone but if I am having an issue and I want to talk to someone in the store, there is no reason that a business should not be answering the phone, I called three times in a row and you know what they did. They took the phone off the hook. Ghetto! I don’t know who’s managing the store but they are doing a piss poor job! I think her name is Caroline, but at least she was the one who told me they would replace my mail after the liar 2 nights ago told me to bring it back. When I called to let her know, I was on my way the next night and this is after I spoke to her the night I bought the food and told her it was cold and hard, she had the nerve to tell me somebody else came by and said they were me so they already gave them the food. What a lie!! She took my name down and had my phone number. How is it that you just give out food to somebody who gives them my name.? She’s a liar and probably took the food herself. Think about it, how can a random person come in the very next day and tell them my name and get a free four piece chicken. First they would have to have my name second they would have to know they were older four piece chicken. Now what is the probability of that. These folks are big liars and they expect to run a successful business and retain customers when they’ve got competition like Wawa up the street. I thought I would never say it, but the repeated disregard that these folks that work here show people make me think that I hope all of them are out of a job one day, and if they keep acting like this, they will be! It is ridiculous that a supposedly neighborhood store can be so horrible to the people who live in the community! I want to talk every one of my neighbors not to patronize that store anymore. And it’s even worse when they lie to you or don’t do what they tell you they’re going to do when you’re try to go about things the right way. This is why I go to Wawa up the street. Never, ever do I have these kinds of issues at Wawa! If I were you, I would skip this unprofessional, no handwashing place altogether and go to Wawa because these people are certainly a ratchet group."
