"Honestly, they just need better management. The store has great deals on a lot but the customer service is MIA! Maybe you all should invest in self checkout! The second star is only because i like to walk around the store looking for things...including employees lol"
"I had a list of items I needed to purchase. I was able to find at least half of the items I wanted. They are in the middle of rearranging holiday items so some things were not in their usual place or I could not find them. But they did have an amazing display of Christmas decorations & they were also adding shelves of toys near the Christmas decorations. I plan to go back in a few weeks & look for more of the items on my list & see what is new, as well as maybe more serious Christmas shopping. I like Big Lots due to the variety. There's a little bit of everything & sometimes items I can only find at Big Lots & reasonable prices. They have some food, some domestics, some furniture, some electronics, some automative, some clothes, some cosmetics, etc. So a good place to stop to shop."
"Friendly mangers and a wide selection of household and other items to buy. If you do get furniture from Big Lots I've been told to make sure to get insurance on the items."
"My 1st time ever stepping into a Big Lot atore and i was shocked! I never knew they sell the stuff they sell. Food, household products, toys, furniture. And i was really loving the prices on most of the items! I will def be coming back to pick up a few more things!"
