"Quality ramen for a chain. Overall a good experience with Ramen and appetizers. I would prefer a little more dense/creamy broth, but this place does the job. Shrimp tempura was good, but needs more citrusy sauce, I added lemon juice."

"The restaurant had a fantastic ambiance, and I appreciate the diverse atmosphere. Having traveled extensively, I consider myself well-versed in various cuisines. While the ramen here didn't quite meet my expectations, it's a subjective viewpoint. The noodles, possibly egg noodles, were thinner and reminiscent of packaged ones. Although the broth was enjoyable, the noodles were a drawback for me. I tried the JINYA Tonkotsu Black, and the appetizers – pork gyoza and crispy chicken – were highlights worth recommending. However, the Lychee Margarita fell short of expectations. Personally, I won't revisit this place, but everyone's taste differs. There are other authentic ramen spots I'd prefer. Feel free to give it a try and form your own opinion."

"This was our second time visiting Jinja and it did not disappoint. The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. We have really enjoyed the atmosphere both times we've come with a fireplace and then sitting upstairs in a more private setting. And the food is always tasty. Definitely recommend!"

"The vibes inside JINYA are moody and perfect for a date night. The servers were welcoming, warm, and answered all of our questions, and gave great recommendations of things to order. We arrived in time for the happy hour which included a nice selection of wine, specialty cocktails and the crispy chicken each for under $10. For our entrees we tried the spicy chicken ramen and the Tonkotsu Black. Both were flavorful and hit the spot."

"Atmosphere set the tone!!! Not a new patron to Jinya but new to this location. Out of bounds service from Antonio! Forget the raise and pull him into a management position! Genuine and uplifting service. We lacked for nothing. Food was served swiftly with enough time to enjoy the appetizers proir to our entrees. The tempura shrimp is absolutely a must from this point on (some shrimp eaten prior to photo). This will be our forever go-to location!!!"
