"Creepy, bare-bones hotel Pros: Close to metro and downtown Cons: Very loud AC and bathroom fan Limited room amenities (no hair dryer, no coffee maker, etc) Dark and run down decor made the room creepy and unsettling Bottom line, would I stay there again? No way. Room felt like a prison. Windows opened up to a wall. Maids didn't change out all the towels. Did I mention how creepy the place was?"

"Great value for money. Our room was very clean and it had everything you could ask for this price. Excellent location, with many services and restaurants nearby. 15 minutes walk to the White House. We recommend it!"

"I do not recommend this hotel at all. Very bad service. The two girls at the entrance who greeted us were disrespectful, did not give us the relevant explanations and also kept laughing with each other. They did not want to clean our room, even though we left the sign to clean please. We went to complain and they told us that they did not clean every day and hopefully they gave us clean towels. In short, especially for their bad service I do not recommend this hotel at all. Bad experience. There are many more hotels around that surely treat their guests better. To answer you, I am 100% sure to leave my cleaning card please. They didn't want to clean it and that's it. And it doesn't matter that they only speak English, it's the manners and I have been to many hotels in various countries where they only speak English and the two girls at the entrance were disrespectful. No more comments"

"The location and staff are great. The ac units, vents in the bathroom, and elevators are very loud. I'm not sure if our ac unit was broken, but we did not use it at all since it was simply too noisy. You will not get any sleep if you are a light sleeper."

However, I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt response of the staff when I brought up the issue. They took immediate action to rectify the situation, offering to fix my clothes and even washing them for me. It was a thoughtful gesture that turned my initial frustration into appreciation for their customer service. While the incident was an inconvenience, I feel that the hotel went above and beyond to make things right. Overall, I believe the experience was fair and reflective of the value I received for the price paid."
