The staff is always helpful and is cool to see many instructors taking classes with us. When I completed my 100th day, I received a great surprise."
"Over the last year, BASH has become my favorite part of my fitness routine . All of the coaches make an effort to make everyone who comes into the studio feel welcome. The workouts are tough, but structured to accommodate all fitness levels, as the coaches offer modifications to make exercises either more or less challenging so everyone can make the most of their class. The first class or two can be difficult as you’re trying to get in your groove if you haven’t boxed before, but once you find that groove it’s truly so much fun- can’t recommend it enough!!"
