Primrose School of Arlington at Crystal City

"Our son has been enrolled at Primrose School in Crystal City since it opened. He was initially in the Infants classroom & he is now moving up to the Toddlers class. The curriculum has helped immensely with his development & the care & affection the teachers & administrators have for my child is so reassuring. We plan to enroll our now 3-month-old second son there shortly & fully trust them to take exceptional care of him & help him learn & develop too. I can't say enough great things about Primrose - my son loves his teachers, he's made a ton of friends, & he always has a fantastic time playing on the indoor/outdoor playground & going on walks in the stroller-bus. He's tried many new foods there & loves the provided breakfast, lunch, & snacks. Everything is brand new & sparkling clean (a rare find for most daycares!). The administration is very easy to talk to & they will help you get answers to any questions you may have. I love getting pictures, videos, & notes uploaded to their app so I can see what my child is doing throughout the day (rather than just dropping him off & hoping he's having a good day). I would recommend Primrose School to any parent as a wonderful childcare option."

"I am pleased with the excellent care that my son receives at Primrose! The staff and teachers are very welcoming, kind and very professional. They provide a fun and safe learning environment for the children. Teachers send updates on the curriculum that they are learning and pictures through their app, which is great! I love it! My son was nervous the first two weeks of starting but now after being a part of the Primrose family for almost two months, he absolutely loves it. He loves his school so much that he asks to go back even on the weekends."

"The staff at Primrose is always kind and nurturing when it comes to the children. Since they have open and they have ensured that my child is well cared for either physically, emotionally, and mentally. Ms. Kamillah & Ms. Michelle are so engaging, caring, & patient when it comes to the children. They understand that kids also have hard days just like grown-ups to you. They make sure that they do their best to understand the situation to best comfort & assist the child with their challenges. The front office staff is also very helpful when it comes to the children’s needs. We love, just being able to drop her child off and know that they are well cared for. Meals are provided throughout the day. If dropped off by 9 o’clock breakfast is provided so, super helpful for parents that have early days. They have an indoor and outdoor play area so even if the weather is not the best, they still have an area to play at. The app they use is great for daily activity updates. We love being able to see what our child does throughout the day. You can even customize on what updates you want to be given. Overall, we are happy with it this school, and our child looks forward to coming in to see the staff & peers❣️"

"I highly recommend Primrose School of Arlington at Crystal City! the facility and classrooms are safe and clean. My little one (2 years old) always has a full day of exciting activities that combines fun with learning. The staff and teachers are engaged with the children in such a way that fosters a bond of trust. My daughter loves her teachers and staff. She has become so comfortable with them. My baby was born in the pandemic and has been pretty much isolated since birth so it’s wonderful to see the patience of the staff as they work with her. I have seen tremendous growth in my daughter since she’s been at Primrose School of Arlington at Crystal City and that is largely due to her teachers and staff. We’ve worked with Ms. Heather, Ms. Dani, Mrs. Banks, Ms. Camille and Ms. Michelle. They all do a fantastic job communicating with me and making sure my baby is safe, comforted, well fed, clean and having fun all while making sure she meets her milestones. Thank you for your kind hearts and compassion that you show to my daughter everyday!! Again I highly recommend this location. Bonus: indoor playground that my little one loves, They feed her multiple times a day, they’ve worked with her to keep her potty trained, they’re gentle when she has her toddler moment meltdowns, they take pictures throughout the day and send them to me via the app. I’m confident that the teachers and staff will take excellent care of your child/children based on my own encounters and experience with them."
