"Alexys at True Sports was patient, knowledgeable, and was able to identify the cause of my chronic knee & IT pain in the hour that I met with her! We did a comprehensive array of tests and she took a video of my gait while walking and then talked me through exactly what she was seeing. The gait analysis was super helpful and informative and then she didn't hesitate to help get me scheduled for a bunch of upcoming sessions. The space is beautiful; it's in a repurposed church with super high ceilings and the natural light that comes in makes you feel as though you're in a sacred space. "Sarah has changed my life so much I am beyond grateful… Just a little background. I have been to about 3 different 3-6 month PT groups and have had the same experience… they diagnose you, give you a few things to fix your issue, then you do those same 3 things for the next 3 months. "So far, very good. True Sports Physical therapy has a different business plan then other PT offices. I went to several in the area after a car accident and they always have the DPT evaluate you the first day then they shove you to a PT assistant the rest of the time. It's waist of my insurance and a copay. The DPTs work directly with you the whole time. You are getting true coaching so you rehab to get real results."
