We had a family member that was suddenly in the hospital and needed somewhere to board the puppy since we live out of state. Vanessa went above and beyond to support us during this difficult time and was amazing with our families puppy. Vanessa would provide updates and we even saw the puppy flourish during time with Vanessa.
