"Today wasn't good. I had a question about a charge. Two older women standing looking at me without responding to my question, until I raised my voice and said CAN ANYONE HELP ME???? Then one of them without coming to me told me what the charge is for. Customer service today was horrible I don't think I'll come back, possibly going to Giant next time even though it's further away from me."

"Great store .. clean and well lighten great prices . Carries most popular brands. This store has a saving club . Handicap accessible and parking . Curb side deliver and a gas station there's food store close by walking distance and liquor store .. has riding carts . Staff is sort of friendly. Great store . Only thing is they charge for plastic bags . Bring your own bags fair warning ⚠️."

"The one star is for the SUPER, SUPER GRUMPY cashier. Had a nasty, sour look on her face the entire time we were at the register. When I told her she would look dazzling if she smiles, she got even grumpier and replied, I'm aight. Bitter people should not be working in public places."

"Pros: -No line for self checkout -Friendly staff (at least not at checkout) -Parking is fine Cons: -Organization and signage are confusing, un-intuitive, inconvenient, and frustrating. It is so bad that even after 3+ months shopping here it is hard to find products! Examples: Bread is in at least 3 different locations. None of the bread locations are near condiments. Cookies and crackers are not in the snack or candy aisles? There is no sign for the spice aisle. -Checkout with a person is not easily distinguished from self checkout, and they do not bag for you. -Self checkout interface could be improved. How do I use the store discount card? If you ask me to pay for bags, I will not also donate to your charity... Let me pay and get on with my life. -Paying for bags is a chore. -Dairy and Juice aisle could be improved by adding doors like a freezer aisle. -Cashiers at checkout could have chairs/stools."

"I love this grocery store! There is always plenty of parking and I rarely have to wait long in a checkout line. Also, ALL of the grocery carts roll smoothly, quietly, and straight!!! Good value on high quality food and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!"
