"Rude and unprofessional! I visited Soma at Ross Park Mall, the North Hills branch (Pittsburgh) on Saturday 9/1/22. Two ladies were there. One was nice. The other one who attended to me acted like an unfriendly bully totally unprovoked and for no reason whatsoever. After paying for the merchandise and as I was leaving the store, she commented, " This is how we do things". I didn't even understand what she was talking about. Won't be shopping there anymore."

"Very disappointed in my experience at this store today. I was expected to shout my size across the store to the saleswoman, she told me I am “too demanding” for asking whether the panties she was holding had lace on them, she condescendingly called me “honey” about 20 times (not exaggerating). She also made a point to tell me she had spent a long time arranging the panties on a table which made me feel uncomfortable for looking for my size. I am actually sorry I didn’t walk out of the store after she called me “too demanding”. I regret giving her commission on the products I bought. And I am nervous to ever go into that store again!"
