"I have horrible anxiety when I’m making purchases or returns alone, but this experience made me even more uncomfortable. I went in the store to make an even exchange (same pair of pants, just different sizes), but what I didn’t know was they processed it as a return then I had to buy the other pair. H&M is one of the many retailers that allows customers to use Klarna as a payment option. It was not working for me at first, and because of this, I was met with attitude from two staff members. I made another purchase shortly after and was met with the same thing. I’m unsure if I will return to this location due to the fact that I’m always made uneasy in the store."

"Awful experience. Staff does what they want and doesn't listen to managers instructions. They portray attitudes right in front of children. We lost out on around $40 worth of school clothes for my daughter because staff would not adhere to managers instructions. I will never visit this location again."

"I went to the store to return 3 different purchases I made. 2 were online and 1 was in store. I know I'm allowed to return online orders in store however a very rude man behind the counter told me that next time I have to return it via mail. I also had a in store purchase to return hence why I was there and returning all items at once. The district manager needs to talk to this guy because I'm not the only person in this comment section to have experienced his poor behavior. I work retail for 6 years, and that was no way to treat a customer."

"There was a sign on the doors stating they closed at 6:30pm due to staffing issues which is understandable. But around 6:10 they already started refusing service and not letting people in the store. I’ve worked in retail and there’s no way they would’ve cleaned and been prepped for morning within 15mins. They should honor the hand written note and start shutting down at 6:30pm like it was stated and not whenever they feel like it."

"Ross Park Mall has the worst h&m with the worst employees! Skip this store unless you like an attitude. Dressing rooms are always closed! And no help to be found. New store is a waste due poor management there. On a Saturday night, 11/19/22, short guy with beard and extremely bad attitude was posted at door with gate half down at 6:45pm not allowing anyone in. How is closing at 7pm actually means closed before 6:45pm?!?! Spent my money in another store. As a seasoned MBA with consumer marketing experience, I find it his appalling. Awful service. What a waste of an investment in this new shopping space if you can't/don't train your people appropriately. District manager pay attention to this store!"
