"They finally renovated this place. Unfortunately, I think they only hire exclusively People who have no idea what they're doing. Every time I order food it is never ready. It takes longer than a half an hour and it's not even peak time. No one there. Who is ordering food? A couple mobile orders and I waited 32 minutes for someone to come up to me and show me that my food was hiding behind the register. It's just the same shenanigans as usual. Don't expect anything of this place."

"Disappointed that the new car wash is not touchless, like the Sheetz on 88. Ask anyone that owns a body shop in the area about damages being done by things being ripped off."

"Go to this store because they offer a service to load money to Debit Cards with Vanilla. Loaded $500 Cash, went trough like all the times I visited before. Last night I went back to deposit again (The very next day) Everything went fine the cashier rang it in with the items I was buying, total showed on screen $500 plus change went trough I gave them 5 100 dollar bills finished my transaction and left. Once at home my account did not show any money nor transactions. I called and asked for the PIC. I explained everything to him and he said it did not go trough to return to the store and he would fix it. Once back at this location. I spoke to the Manager who told me he counted his drawer and his money was right. He said he had to call Sheetz Customer support, once he was done talking to them he gave me a phone number and said I can't give you your money back that I needed to call a 1800 number and they would help me. I explained how important it is for this money to be on my card and ask if I try another 500 cash and it don't work if I could have my money back. He said "Yes". Nope I gave him 5 new 100 dollar bills. Yep it said decline again and he said he couldn't give me my money back because his drawer would be short he told me to call the 1800 number and they could help me get my money back. What I'm not understanding, if I used a Credit card and it got Declined my money would still be there. Once I gave cash I have should ok just of got it back. Why do I have to reach out and try to get my funds back. It was declined. just hand me my CASH back."

"Their kitchen is either run by a single person, or they're all lazy and blind. Time after time, I end up with an order that is the EXACT opposite of what I paid for. The receipt on the bag will even SAY WHAT I ORDERED. THEY STILL GET IT WRONG?! You guys can't even perform at the bare minimum. Quit your jobs."

"Newly remodeled store with the same great employees that were always there. The new store is much easier to navigate inside. They have about 12 pumps and plenty of parking."
