"I stopped at Old Navy to take advantage of the 75% off Sale and I was able to grab a few great bargains. This is not a huge store like the ones I'm used to but it was very clean and organized. Friendly staff and great deals!!!"

"Be careful if you sign up for an old navy credit card at this store. Our information was stolen at this location, before ever receiving the card. Luckily the charges racked up by the thief was forgiven. However, the Regional manager wasn't much help and she didn't seem to care that her employees weren't being careful with customers information. The vibe she gave off while talking was it was our fault her employees allowed our information to be stolen. I won't ever step foot in this old navy again, possibly any old navy after this experience."

"I never came out without a purchase. Roughly 50% of my closet are from Old Navy and I have not spent a lot since Old Navy always had amazing deals and a great rewards program. The personnel manages the store very well during the pandemic - it is clean and not crowded and all counters are thoroughly sanitized."

"Horrible experience. I ordered adult masks AND children masks. I called before I went to the store to ensure my order was ready and correct and was told that it was. It was not. When I called and asked why they gave me two adult mask orders rather than the children’s masks (because that’s what my receipt said they sold me) they said it was done on purpose and that they don’t have kids masks and just gave me more adult masks, which I didn’t need or ask for. I called customer service to let them know how poorly Eliza was managing the store. They are going to look into the issue and were able to make things right for me."

"I was very pleased to find that Old Navy had handicap parking & a wheelchair accessible entrance. The store was very neat & organized. I easily found what I was looking for, & was pleasantly surprised by their reasonable prices. The cashier was very friendly, asking me if I found everything I was looking for, & explaining that if they didn't have your size, they would order the item from another store. The store was spacious and they had a handicap dressing room too!!!"
