"Great location, clean rooms, excellent food options near by, walking distance to Broadway entertainment. Will recommend this hotel. The only struggles are a lot of street noise and parking to check in and unload on the street is about impossable, the parking at Hotel is $40 a night. (Which is about the going rate for downtown)"

"Like others have said, this place has potential but falls short. Location and staff are great and accommodating, but the rooms need work. First off, my room was 94 degrees when I entered. Felt like a sauna. Carpet and furniture outdated with stains. Tables and countertop surfaces dirty. Shower curtain ripped in multiple places. Bed smelled like smoke and musty even though it was a non-smoking room. One more thing, it’s a hotel policy to charge a $75 early check in fee before 4PM. As a frequent traveler, most hotels will check you into your room early for free if it is ready. That was not the case here, unless I wanted to pay $75. Which was not worth it to check in 2 hours early, even though the woman working the front desk acknowledged my room was ready. Not the best customer service, but I understand it’s a hotel policy."

"Stayed here for a night post surgery in the area. Antoinette was exceptionally kind and helpful! I also got great help from Regina. I do think this place would benefit from having a free water location, either a water bottle refill spot or even a water fountain. Also having the ability to log into streaming services in the room would improve the stay! Key stopped working when we left the room and came back, and we had to get a new key from the front desk which was a little frustrating, so another aspect that could be improved."

"I'm delighted to be here, and the receptionists have always been really kind. When we checked in, the rooms were truly clean and organized, and the kitchen was functioning perfectly. Unexpectedly, I also discovered that the elevator is only accessible by hotel guests with their room keys, which was a very beneficial feature. And, I want to highlight that Younesss (Receptionist) person was so polite and helpful. He has significant customer service experience in a professional context. He also helped me for booking taxi from hotel to Airport for 60 $"

"The hotel is nice looking with a convenient location, but it needs better care. Staff was friendly and helped a lot. But hotel rooms need detailing ASAP. Lots of dust and bed smell, think that housekeeping has to do better job preparing rooms for next guests. The gym is very small, maybe 2 persons can workout at the same time and also would need some cleaning. Convenient parking in the back of the hotel. In general it was a decent stay expect dust issue."
