"I have been shopping at this Soma for years and I have never experienced such a rude employee in the store. I went in to make a return and told the cashier Jennifer about how the lady who helped me last time measured me wrong and therefore gave me four bras that were the wrong size which is why I was returning. Not just a size too big. She measured me three strap sizes and three cup sizes too big. I had every intention of buying new sizes until Jennifer very rudely replied “why don’t you work here if you know how to do it better than us.” By no means did I insinuate that I knew better and there was no need for such a rude comment. Very disappointed."

"I just want to say this place has the best customer service. My mother, daughter and myself all went in for the first time and everyone was so helpful and friendly. They aren’t only willing to give you a proper fitting but aren’t embarrassed or ashamed to actually help you make sure it fits properly. I’ve spent a fortune on expensive bras from Victoria Secret only to throw them away because they didn’t fit properly after you got them home and wore them and then you can’t return them. Here, you have 60 friggin days to wear the bras and decide if you want to keep it. I’ll never buy bras anywhere else again."
