"Be aware at checkout, check your final price twice, check your receipt again. The cashier might not look for discounted price on items, and scan them at regular price. It’s second time, when we realized at home, that I charged more for some items, and paid for items that I didn’t buy."
"Big selection. You can find a lot of cheap children's clothing here. Good quality clothing."
"Nice clean store. Employees are very friendly. Nice selection. Great prices."
"The store was big and very clean. Everything was labeled and easy to find! We went in looking for a turtle neck and found it right away. Pricing here is always a big plus as well."
"I absolutely love this H&M- they have the latest styles, store is so well organized, the staff is normally always so nice and helpful, and it’s super easy to put different pieces together. My recommendation is that staff needs to make sure before they talk about customers, the customers are not around. I went in about 3 weeks ago around 7:00pm and the store was closing at 9:00pm that night. I was doing a winter work haul for new clothing so probably picked up around 25 items in my hand to try on; no one else had that much in their hands. When I entered the dressing room area everything was clean. I went into my dressing room and started trying clothes on. I guess while I was in there about 2-3 customers had exited their dressing rooms and left their clothes everywhere, off the hangers/ on the floor etc. As I was trying on my items a store associate comes into the dressing room area and starts to complain how the dressing room was just cleaned 10 minutes ago and now it’s a wreck and their close to closing the store for the night. The associate then goes on to complain about how he saw this one girl (me) with handfuls of clothing in both my hands and how it was rude of me not to even hang up the clothing I didn’t want and leave it everywhere. He then said “no one buys that much stuff in one night, like really, come on.” Little did he know- I was still in the dressing room, and not only didn't he know I was in there but, I’ve also worked at an H&M and every time I go in and try clothes on I garment care correctly, hang my clothes up etc. and I’ll even go the extra mile if I like an article of clothing but need a different size, I will return the original one to where it was in the store and select my new size from there. Then on top of that, I actually almost bought all the items I tried on; around $280 dollars worth. Long story short: if you have quotas to meet for sales in a specific day- I really wouldn’t judge customers for the amount of clothing they pick up and try on. I always am very respectful of retail workers because I was one- and for an associate to judge me and make remarks about me that weren’t true- well it was silly lol. Just let me shop in peace and spend all my monies at H&M. I promise to garment care and respect your store ☺️"
