"The hotel itself is located on a university campus. The time we went it was summer break, so there was very few people around the campus. The building seemed to be part of the campus - (old) from the outside, but has been renovated and kept up-to-date from the inside. The staff was very friendly and breakfast, even though standard, was excellent."

"Had a fantastic stay here over Memorial Day weekend. They kindly upgraded our room for free during check in. The room was spacious, clean and accommodating. Zero complaints about the room. The concierge was always available at all hours to help with any issues. The highlight was definitely the free breakfast. I was expected a generic continental breakfast but they had plenty of hot food and a huge variety of fruit, oats, etc. I was very very happy every morning. The bistro staff were also very kind!"

"Had a very nice stay here. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, especially the man at the check-in desk (I forget his name). The hotel and the room were clean. It’s inside Gallaudet University which is an institution for the deaf. It was quiet and felt very safe since it’s fenced off from the surrounding community and university police was readily visible. And you’re surrounded by people using sign language which is also a pleasant experience."
