AC Hotel by Marriott Washington DC Convention Center

"My room was clean and comfy but smaller than last year when I stayed. Housekeeping left cleaning supplies behind in my room!! Staff was great. Great location"

"I used points and they still charged me.. no one can tell me what the extra fees. He told me it was for the nightly room, incidentals and tax. The nightly room is $252, $125 in tax and 50 for incidentals.. I was charged $160.. still doesn’t make sense! I had to call cooperate to find out what is going on. Long story short he confirmed the manager could see the points and how I paid and he was also unsure of the charges. I really enjoy Marriott and mistakes do happen but no explanation is not acceptable. What’s the point of being an elite member."

"Great hotel, location and staff! Enjoyed the room with the tasteful and chic interior. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Special thanks to Cameron, working reception, who helped get us into a room quickly and was so kind and thoughtful throughout our entire stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying/visiting in Bethesda!"

"This is a new hotel. The big problem is that they have a rooftop bar and it gets a lot of sketchy people. Getting into the hotel you will find people a lot of people on the lobby, heavy smell of weed outside and inside. You have to wait in line to access the elevator or get with a crow in the elevator. It doesn’t feel safe."

"Perfect location close to pretty much everything! The rooms were nice and clean, although felt small. The main entrance door to the hotel is very heavy and hard to open. If you sit in the lobby and watch, you can see people really have a hard time with it. There is a super fancy bar on the rooftop and in the evenings one of the two elevators gets used for only that, which makes guests have to wait a lot to get on and go up to their room. There is a nice lobby restaurant/bar that has good food as well."
