They came on a weekend and although there was a weekend service charge, Shane was able to trouble shoot some options for what to do if we were unable to confirm an appointment that day. Shane ended up coming out and helping us figure out that our furnace was stuck in the wrong mode and cleared it up without trying to upsell or offer something we didn’t need.
