The Animals' Hospital of Levittown

"The team at Animals hospital of Levittown is the absolute best. Top tier. We take both of our dogs here, Bear (Rottweiler, 7) and Bleu (Aussie, 11mos). Bear, has NEVER been a fan of the vet. Our previous vets have always been timid, and apprehensive to work with Bear, due to his size and rottie rumbles. This was Bears first appointment with the team here and I cannot have hoped for a better experience. Bear needed his senior bloodwork panel done and this team made it happen, regardless of Bear’s dramatics. Literally, the whole staff helped ease Bear’s (and our) stress to get his bloodwork done. Dr. Pigsley and Dawn were so patient with Bear, I was almost brought to tears of joy. The love and care they showed for my baby is something I’ve been looking for in a vet, for years now. Take your pets here, they’re worth every dime."

"Most of the staff is rude and ignorant other than a few vet techs. Chris and Jackie were the only two in my short time with them that talked and treated me as a client should be treated. I only scheduled about 4 or 5 appointments between my cat and dog and EVERY time I waited at least a half hour outside. No one even having the courtesy to inform me of them running behind. I understand at times unexpected things come up and it gets busy but very unfair every time. At least a courtesy call letting us know they are running late would be appreciated just as they would expect from us. Or better yet DON’T schedule appointments so close together. Why make appointments if you can’t keep them! Dawn the “office manager”? Unprofessional to say the least. Ignorant and then wants to expect me the client to respect her after that kind of treatment. I told her exactly how I felt before walking out and telling them I won’t be back. Hopefully they hire people who care and are professional."

"Ann the veterinarian assistant was absolutely amazing with my Toby and me. Kind, informative, gentle, and stayed with us until all my questions were answered. She and Dr Goldberg addressed Toby's issues without judgement and helped me find an affordable course of action. All this with no appointment! This place is tops! Highly recommend"
