The staff is friendly, patient, and understanding and Dr. Blanco in particular is incredible. Should any issues arise they have excellent availability for existing patients and they have helped me as well as my furry companions, Miles, Lucas, and Leia tremendously. "You would think most dogs would refuse to go to the vet but my puppy DRAGS me inside when she figures out where we are. I think she associates it with all of the love, attention, and pets she gets from the staff. Each time she arrives, the staff lavish her with head scratches and attention and she adores them so much. (I think the treats smooth the process along as well!) After our last dog was so terrified of vets in general (he passed away last year), we really wanted to find a place that provided great care and a warm environment. We came here on a recommendation when we adopted our new puppy and it was a phenomenal decision. We started with BMAH in Feb 2023 and it's been so seamless. Our sweet girl has had all of her routine wellness check ups completed here as well as her Vaxx. The techs and doctors are so lovely. She takes her vaccines like a champ and trots out to me as if to say - "Mom, I was such a brave girl!" Zero fear, and she's tail wagging the entire time. Honestly, stress free. Would highly recommend for anyone seeking care for their pet."
