"They were awesome! We took our dog Bailey there for Thanksgiving so we could go out of state for a few days. They went well out of their way to get our pooch in even though we were last minute looking. The place is clean and they were very thorough in on boarding and answered all our questions and concerns. We paid extra for grooming and Bailey was clean, neat and trimmed when we picked her up! There is no other place we would rather go, and Bailey will be there again this Thanksgiving! Especially love that it is only family ran!! Would highly recommend to anyone!!!!"

"I'm glad that I made the call and boarded my dog here during our vacation. I had another place lined up and Pioneer was going to be our "back up" place. After meeting Tara and Jack we decided these were the type of people we wanted taking care of our loved one. When you go there for the introductory tour you will meet the owners Tara and Jack. Immediately I understood Tara to be what I consider a "high performer". Someone who is very skilled, knows her skill set and knows what it takes to operate at her best. She does make her boundaries and expectations clear, and it's all within reason. I found Tara and Jack to be very friendly, accommodating, and flexible. The most important part was how my dog behaved after we picked him up. He's normally such a high energy dog with some separation anxiety when he's away from us. His anxiety shows up as more energy. So expected him to be very energetic after we picked him up. He's been so calm and content, I almost couldn't believe it. I truly believe that this is the best place we could have boarded our dog. We've already recommended Pioneer to friends and will continue to do so."
