"Good staff but a really TERRIBLE zero flexibility late policy. you can tell that the staff are nice and that they like working with the dogs but it gets overshadowed by their late policy. few weeks ago I was dropping off my dog and I got stuck at the railroad crossing. got a text asking where my dog was for daycare and I expressed that I was stuck at the railroad crossing and was waiting for the train to pass. The Employee who was watching their messaging service didn't respond so I decided to call. I called the number that was sending me texts and the number was not in service. I tried calling the number that was listed on their business cards but no one picked up. when I dropped him off today there was no one at the counter so I had to wait. he was checked in at 10:07am since no one was at the counter so this somehow counts as a late as well. Found out today that my dog has a late warning on his account and if he's late one more time they wont take him in even if he's late by a MINUTE. If you get your dog there late they will turn you around and not accept your dog for drop off. they will also charge you a $30 fee as well. Do your best not to be late but sometimes that's near impossible"
"This is by far the best dog daycare business. We have been a customer since 2008. The communication with the staff is excellent and throughout the years all our dogs were so happy to spend the day with the staff. A shout out to Jeannette Rybak(dog behaviorist)!! We have had 2 sessions with her and already we see significant improvements with our rescue German Shepherd. Thank you Robin and the entire staff for your hard work and dedication!"

"This is the best doggy daycare for a variety of reason. 1. Caring staff that loves my mutt & he can be a stubborn, energetic mutt. 2. Top notch communication on every level. 3. Fun, engaging environment, with open, supervised playground, & activities for socialization. 4. My mutt loves going & would be miserable without it! He is an only dog & needs supervised time to be with his friends."
