"The hotel standard hotel with comfy and spacious rooms was comfortable after long travel hours. The room has the basic things you need to be comfortable. Rooms are clean and technical support is available. Internet is not a problem and TV experience was good. The hotel can work on its customer service as my first experience was not too encouraging. The other person at the reception was however nice. This is my first hotel experience in the US and I am unsure whether other hotels do not provide complimentary breakfast. I'd wished this was provided as part of the package."

"I can't offer a true opinion. My 3-week reservation for a 2-night stay was canceled. Young man told me upon arrival at 9pm, they were overbooked. So he booked me for a room in a lesser hotel. I guess that is why we make reservations?"

"Close to Metro. Nice hotel. It's about a ten minute walk to restaurants and the river. Very pleasant staff. Bottles of water were a nice touch. This is definitely in the Navy Yard area."

"We had an early check-in unexpectedly, and the staff was able to accommodate and remain communicative about updates to our reservation. I really appreciated their patience and ability to remain flexible with the changes in our request for our stay. The neighborhood we were in and was extremely safe, easy to walk around and convenient."

"We had an enjoyable experience at the hotel, primarily because of the prime location. My family was in town for a wedding and we reserved 4 rooms for 3 days. Unfortunately we did not have housekeeping for any of these days so garbage piled up and shampoo, soap and towels ran low. I'm at least 1 room the refillable body soap in the shower was completely empty. The parking had vallet parking in the garage, and we had to wait about 10 minutes for our vehicle- however the next day the attendant showed us a number we could call so ourvehicle was ready for us next time. Also, the pool was being renovated, except we weren't told about the pool so my daughter and I got into our bathing suits and food the door to the pool locked. It was a bummer- but because we were there for a big wedding and had many other activities it wasn't awful. All in all better communication would have given this another review another star- nonetheless we had a very pleasurable stay in DC."
