"Great service as always. My whole closet has come from this store. Jose IS a Boss and Maria is the best tailor I know. I think a lot of the negative reviews are from people who might not know luxury service. If you walk into LV or Cartier you’re going to have somebody assisting you, Jose gives you that level of service. And the guy knows his stuff. There’s a reason he’s one of the top salesman in the company."

"I had a small issue with a delivery from another store. Called the store directly and Jose could not have been more helpful. He tracked the order down and had it mailed to his store and then to me the following day. He kept me in the loop and even sent me a pic of the item to show me it was going out next day. After feeling a little neglected the first time I tried to solve this over the phone, I'm giving 5 Stars on my interaction with Jose because he made me feel completely satisfied. My best interaction over this holiday season with somebody in sales / customer support."

"Unfortunately, this store has a very low review in yelp. I will jot down my thoughts. Salespeople need to look out for customer’s interest, not their interest. Sales are made when their service is aligned with the satisfaction/interest of customers. This education needs to be instilled to employees there. When we interacted with Jose, he was only interested in making sales. When we went to return, we were greeted coldly. This is good to know because I will never visit the store again. I have many other shops that I can go and buy from."
