"Fuel pumps don't work. Employees opening up trash bin fences bare handed. Spit and garbage surrounding the fuel pumps, as well as fuel. Very dirty location."
"Absolutely amazing service. I went in and ordered from the deli this morning and the young lady was so amazing. Even though they were super busy the deli lady pretty fast and was also super nice. I didn’t catch her name, but she had cute pride pins on her hat. She definitely deserves a raise! Will be coming back !"
"Fresh food always. Hard workers for sure. That one lady in deli is always moving."
"I wouldn’t even give a star if I could. I thought the ones in green shirts were suppose to be respectful and nice being they are either shift leads or managers. Not ignorant rude and miserable. I will not be coming back to this store. I’d let my car run out of gas before that ever happens."
"this location is managed by a middle aged white lady with blonde hair she is the problem lets start there. I work for amazon I visit this location often she doesn't greet customers even if you greet her first UNLESS you are white. all of the employees are standing around gossiping with one another customers waiting at the counter for items they cant access. instead of greeting customers as most businesses do when you arrive they are in deep conversation with one another manager included. A bunch of employee to employee related drama. this location needs better management and employees who actually want to be employed. Complaining about coworkers, pay rates, new changes customer issues etc are conversations customers shouldnt hear nor should management engage in. A few of employees definitely appear to be current or former drug users. Parking lot is usually clean (bc the employees who smoke cig love to clean the lot to smoke and escape customers the outside is cleaner than inside), Trash/dumpster area is always full. It seems to always be 2-4 employees here working however the more I see the less I see actually doing work. They are usually talking and acting as if the customers are bothering them coming in.The food here is usually hit or miss time depending on who is working some workers actually wipe down and clean however most don't. Ive seen smoking employees come from outside smoking a cigarette coming straight back in put gloves on and start back taking food orders. the store could be cleaner for sure especially the food ordering area/ coffee area and windows. Instead of gossiping one worker could be doing constant rounds of touch cleaning it is still covid.who ever owns this franchise needs to reevaluate the mindset of the employees here. If security cameras are checked it would sum my review up in a 2 min clip I'm sure. People work too hard for their money to engage with employees with bad attitudes like Dakota who wants to be half cute and gossip instead of working. don't interrupt her employee gossip because you will get a real eye roll and attitude from her she has a lot of growing up todo. She needs to work stocking shelves and not engaging with customers because she clearly doesn't want to be there. The employees at north point royal farms hate it lol sheesh"
