"I love Weis and am happy that it was a good replacement when Mars supermarket closed, however, my husband was there this morning to purchase some items from the deli and had a frustrating experience. When he walked up to the counter, the woman who was working asked if she could help him, which started off well, but immediately after he approached, a second customer, who apparently knew the deli clerk started a conversation, in which the clerk quickly became involved in before continuing to wait on my husband. This went on for roughly five minutes before the conversation was finished and she continued where she left off five minutes previous. We have always found Weis to be exceptional with both their products and customer service, but apparently this woman had no clue what that term entailed. It was rude on both party's behalf. The customer was rude for interrupting someone's service, but it was the responsibility of the clerk to tell her tactfully that she was in the middle of something and she would be able to "chat" as soon as she was through. What in the world has happened to customer service these days? Everyone seems to be either oblivious or just non-caring. In my opinion, this industry has gone down the drain."

"Horrible meat. Gray ground beef. I can't afford to throw it away. I pray we don't get food poisoning. Does the health dept know how nasty the meat is. Not the first time I've gotten nasty gross meat from here. But it will be the last. Disgusting. Should be zero stars. Don't bother with your generic answer because it just don't cut it."
