"I stopped going to save alot about 2 years ago because the one I used to go to on N. Caroline street in baltimore city was terrible. Not clean, not stocked properly and employees did not do their jobs. I have been to this particular one 3 times and so far I have been happy with my experience. I will definitely be going back regularly for our grocery needs."

"You definitely save more money shopping elsewhere. Also you can not return Any product without a receipt. No store credit. I tried to return molded cheese that still had a month before being expired. Bc I didn't have a receipt from this item which was purchased months prior I could not get a refund or store credit. For reference it is May 6 and the current cheese being sold has an expiration date of late August/ September. I'm unsure of anyone who holds on to receipts for that long....especially when youre not planning on returning anything. The only option would be to get another bag of the same exact product. This is a large bag of shredded cheese that as already spoiled sooner then it was supost to so I didn't not want to grab another bag of the exact same product and have the same problem. I understand these are store policies and the employees can only do so much but this is an insane policy. Apparently Save A Lot or Packer Foods whoever they are have an issue with theft and will punish all customers for this After today I will never shop at a save a lot again bc God forbid another one of my items go bad and I'm SOL bc I don't have a receipt from months ago. I literally didn't even want a refund just wanted some store credit for $8 worth of cheese that was wasted. Not the employees fault in any means but I'm not supporting a chain or franchise with such ridiculous policies."
