"I am getting so sick of these stores. I have Crohn's disease and sometimes I have to use the bathroom unexpectedly. Every time I have ever been in this location and other rite aids, they give me so much trouble about using their bathrooms. I am a paying customer, I'm not some random person off the street. I've been going to rite aid for decades and we spend a lot there. Not anymore. I'm gonna start using another pharmacy."

"I pulled up the drive thru and one of the cashiers rolled her eyes at me for hitting the call button when I didn’t see her standing there. However, a different cashier who helped me named Marie was super nice. I was there 11/9/21 at 5pm. The rude cashier had curly brown hair in a half ponytail. She was so ignorant and should not be working with people."
